"Rush hours" is not a term that a respectable company can use in its services, they must have a line which can have all people online at the same time using their maximum bandwidth, because when you signed the contract with them, they didn't mention anything about this, they told you it's X Kb/Sec, so it must be like this, if something like this happened here in US, you can sue the company! ----------------------------------------  --------------------------- Mohamed Meshref Software Design Engineer  Blog: http://www.mmeshref.com |

We are in Egypt not in US man :) could you tell me which service here in Egypt are provided the same as in USA? All I'm looking for is reality. Also, in Egypt they don't have a separate infrastructure for DSL service, they are rooming over the Egyptian Telecom infrastructure, which in turn is not good. Agin, I don't justify their bad service, But I'm trying to clear some facts, and then think together how to correct these problems. ---------------------------------------- Ahmed Ibrahim Solution Specialist |

They actually have this service trough their web site www.linkdsl.com, Home --> My DSL --> View Bill or Pay Bill. and multiple payment options like online payment, and sending you a collector. ---------------------------------------- Ahmed Ibrahim Solution Specialist |

well thank you Very much Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim {doctor2181} i'm really a thief to defend my right to get my service if u r in my place will u pay them for nothing ??? i think u 'll pay them i think u r like other people, shy enough not to pay when somebody asks u for money but do u know what does that mean ??? it means u pay for nothing .... تقدر تقولى حضرتك بقى لو بتشتغل فى شركة واشتغلت شهرين وفى الاخر فين الراتب بتاعك قالولك مفيش راتب انت غبت يوم واحد الشهرين دول ومفيش راتب تقدر حضرتك تقولى هتعمل اية ؟ طيب ولو حضرتك صاحب شركة لينك دوت نت واكتشفت ان مهندسة مسؤلة عندك بتطلع اسرار الشركة برة ولو اكتشفت انك بتتسرق وان مهندسة تانية بتطلع الخطوط 2 ميجا والاشتراك المدفوع 256 ياريت تنظر للموضوع من وجهتين نظر وتحط نفسك مكانى وتقولى هتكلم الشركة ازاى لما تبقى فعلا فى اشد احتيا ج لخط انترنت فى البيت عندك وياسيدى انا مسرقتش الراوتر انا مخدتش خدمة ودافع 180 ج وتامين الراوتر 100 ج يبقى 280 ج وهو تمن الراوتر الفعلى فى السوق وكدة هما يبقوا كسبانين فى بيع الراوتر 100 ج وياسيدى الفاضل انا مسامحك فى حقى I'm a thief and not a polite person Thank u ---------------------------------------- Software is never finished ..... it's "temporarily completed." ---------------------------------------- [تعديل 1 مرات, أخر تعديل بواسطة simsem عند 19/06/2007 07:00:50 م] |

i have been using link dsl for 5 months now...the service is very good and nothing of that happened to me...even they sent me sms telling me the service will not be available due to maintainance in a certain day..the dsl is good but there should be some exceptions..we shouldnt expect the company to be 100% perfect. |
